Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Water stations may be built to order and typically ship in 2-3 weeks. Be sure to account for this when selecting your shipping method. The shipping carrier presented during checkout varies based on the products you have ordered.
Notification: An email will be sent to you upon shipment with the shipment tracking # and carrier.
RETURNS: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
Defective or Damaged: If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 1 week of receipt of order. If a refund is requested, the original shipping charges will be refunded.
General Returns: We will accept general returns for 30 days from order receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
